My name is Liis Tõnumaa, and I’m originally from Estonia. For more than 10 years I lived in Finland before moving with my family to Spain to create the lifestyle we had dreamed about for years.
I am a wife, a mother of three children, a property advisor, and someone who truly understands what it feels like to start over in a new country. Because I’ve done it myself.
My Journey Into Real Estate
My journey in real estate started in 2017 when I joined RE/MAX in Finland.
I immediately fell in love with the industry. Not because of houses.
Because of people. I loved helping families move into the next chapter of their lives and
being part of one of the biggest decisions they would ever make.

A Life-Changing Move To Spain
Several years ago, my family and I made the decision to move to Spain.
Like many international buyers today, we had questions, uncertainties, and countless decisions to make.
We learned firsthand how important it is to have trusted professionals around you when navigating a different country,
language, and legal system.
That experience gave me a completely different perspective.
Today, I don’t just help people buy
property in Spain.
I help them navigate the entire journey.

Property and renovation naturally came together in our family.
My husband, Viljar, has worked in construction and renovation for more than 30 years. Over the years, he has helped
transform countless properties, from small upgrades to complete renovations.
